Our team wants your experience to feel warm, organized, and well supported from the moment you arrive. Here is what to expect on summit day.

01

02

Parking and Entrance

Please use the main venue address and allow additional time for Atlanta traffic. If you are performing, you will be sent load-in instructions.

03

You will receive two complimentary VIP registrations, one for you and one for your guest. VIP access includes the Green Room. Please send your guest’s name and email address to Kathy by September 20.

04

Lunch and Hospitality

A healthy lunch will be served in the Social Hall from 11:50 AM to 12:35 PM. Bring a refillable water bottle for filtered water available throughout the venue.

05

What to Wear

Choose polished attire that feels authentic to you and allows you to present comfortably. Facilitators leading movement or experiential sessions should dress for the activity while remaining camera-ready.

06

Audience and Event Tone

You will serve a multicultural and interfaith audience of seekers, caregivers, clinicians, artists, educators, faith leaders, and community builders. The tone is warm, practical, inclusive, and healing-centered.

AV and Presentation Preparation

Prepare your offering. We’ll support its delivery.

Find your presenter type below. Each path explains exactly what you need to send, bring, and operate on summit day.

Path 1 · Keynote Speakers

Using slides or media in the Sanctuary?

This applies only to keynote speakers who plan to use slides, video, audio, or background visuals. The production team will load and operate your approved files through the Sanctuary presentation system.

  • Send final files to Kathy by Friday, September 18.
  • If you are not using presentation media, you do not need to submit files.
  • Do not connect your own laptop in the Sanctuary; the production team will run your submitted files.
  • Use a 16:9 widescreen slide layout.
  • Label files with your name and session title.
  • Include clear cues for every slide, video, audio file, or visual.
Preferred formats: PowerPoint or PDF for slides, 1080p MP4 for video, and WAV or high-quality MP3 for audio. Include all fonts and embedded media needed for playback.
Submit Keynote Media to Kathy
Path 2 · Breakout Facilitators

Bring and operate your own laptop.

If you are leading a breakout workshop, you will run your own slides and media from your laptop. Do not send breakout presentation files to Kathy.

  • Bring your laptop fully charged.
  • Connect through HDMI or an HDMI-to-USB-C adapter.
  • Adapters will be available; bring your own if your laptop requires another connection.
  • Download presentations and media locally. Do not depend on internet playback.
  • Disable notifications and automatic updates before connecting.
  • Arrive at least one hour before your session to connect and test in your breakout room.
Breakout sessions are 30 minutes. Plan any audience participation within your allotted time. Final microphone and Zoom-recording instructions will be provided with your room-specific details.
Path 3 · No Slides or Media

No presentation files are required.

Panelists, moderators, fireside participants, and other presenters who are not using slides, video, or audio do not need to submit presentation files or bring a laptop.

  • Follow the arrival time Kathy provides for your session.
  • Bring any personal materials required for an interactive or experiential offering.
  • Musical or experiential presenters should follow any media instructions sent directly by Kathy or the production team.
  • Contact Kathy if you are uncertain which presenter path applies to you.

After Your Session

Help attendees continue the work.

Guests who connect with your message will have a simple, respectful way to learn more, stay connected, or take a next step with you after the summit.

01

Choose One Clear Next Step

Select the single destination that will be most useful to attendees after your session. This might be your website, email list, consultation page, upcoming program, resource, class, or community.

02

We’ll Add It to the Speaker Directory

We will pair your chosen link with the speaker information already on file and create your directory QR code. Guests will be able to access the directory through summit QR codes and post-event communication.

03

Attendees Choose to Connect

Each guest can decide which speakers they want to follow or work with. This creates meaningful connection while respecting attendee privacy and keeping the summit experience service-centered.

Speaker Directory Submission

Send us your preferred next step

Please send Kathy the one link you want attendees to use to connect with you by September 18. We will use that link to create your QR code for the speaker directory. You do not need to resubmit information already provided with your speaker application.

Send Your Preferred Link
  • Send one primary link for the place you most want attendees to connect with you.
  • Choose the most useful destination, such as your website, email list, booking page, program, resource, class, or community.

A brief invitation is welcome

If your format allows, you may use approximately 20 to 30 seconds near the end of your session to mention your next step. Please keep the main focus on delivering value and conclude within your allotted time.

Suggested language: “If today’s session resonated with you and you would like to continue exploring this work, my information will be available in the Inner Healer Summit speaker directory.”

Attendee privacy

The summit will direct interested guests to your chosen link rather than distributing the attendee list. Speakers should collect contact information through their own voluntary sign-up, booking, or registration process.
